This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of complex workers compensation claims, delivering strong return-to-work outcomes while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of complex workers compensation claims end-to-end
* Ensure claims are managed in accordance with legislation, policy, and best practice
* Liaise with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and rehabilitation providers
* Conduct case conferencing and stakeholder meetings to progress claims
About You
* Previous workers compensation experience preferred
* Solid understanding of workers compensation legislation
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* The ability to work collaboratively while managing an autonomous portfolio
