Job Description Are you a people person who loves making connections and helping others? We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships to help grow our Home Care services across Melbourne. You’ll work closely with our supportive State and Marketing Teams to speak with potential clients and referral partners about how HCA can support them to live independently at home. About the Role: Talking with potential clients, families, and referrers about our Home Care services Following up on enquiries and helping guide people through the sign-up process Building a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reach Attending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!) You may have some experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, aged care, or community work, and you’re a confident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships. Motivated and organised, you’re someone who follows up and gets things done, while also being comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. Most importantly, you bring a willingness to learn about Home Care if you’re new to the sector.
