We are seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products to pet owners.
About the Role
* Provide knowledgeable and caring advice to customers on pet wellness products
* Build relationships with customers and offer warm and genuine service
* Keep the store organized and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
* Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
* Work as part of a supportive and team-focused environment

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail or other customer service role is desirable
