The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a passionate individual to provide early childhood education services including the design, documentation, and implementation of programs for children and families.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will support and educate all children within the service, actively contribute to the implementation and documentation of high-quality programs, and work in partnership with families. You will maintain effective and open communication with families regarding children's learning, development, health, wellbeing, safety, and nutrition.

About You
We are seeking individuals who hold a Certificate III in Children's Services (or other equivalent recognised qualification), or a willingness to obtain.
You will have the following skills and experience;
* Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
* Sound skills in building respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and others in the community.
* Demonstrated ability to provide safe and stimulating environments that support children's wellbeing and learning.
Benefits
These are casual positions working varying hours across Bandara Children Services (Bega), Eden Early Learning Centre and Sapphire Mobile Preschool (Candelo and Bemboka).
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $40.05 gross per hour (inclusive of superannuation and casual loading), comprising of:
* $28.61 per hour base salary
* $7.15 per hour casual loading (calculated at 25%)
* $4.29 per hour superannuation (calculated at 12%)
