About The Role
This position has broad responsibilities for: the gardening and the upkeep of the aesthetic environment of the village as well as providing technical advice to the Property and Maintenance Team Leader and allocating work to the onsite gardeners in Shepparton. This position will ensure residents gardening requests are actioned promptly and provide assistance to the maintenance team as required.
Essential Skills And Attributes (Selection Criteria)
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional gardening experience
* Certificate III in Horticulture (Landscaping, Parks and Gardens, Turf Management and Irrigation) or extensive experience
* Experience in allocating work to staff and contractors
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence (light truck)
* A high level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent team working skills
* Flexibility
