What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
* Problem Solving
o Demonstrated ability to investigate and provide practical recommendations in relation to financial accounting and administration matters which enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of financial management and administration and contribute to enhanced financial outcomes
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills
o Demonstrated oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and interact with staff at all levels and external stakeholders.Ability to work as part of team and under pressure to meet prescribed deadlines.
* Organisational Commitment and Awareness
o Commitment to undertake responsibilities in accordance with West Moreton Health's core values of connect, respect, excel.
Mandatory Requirements
* Membership (or working towards) to Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) / Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) would be highly desirable but not required.
