Experienced HVAC Estimator – $100k–$150k+ (depending on experience)
We are a well-established mechanical services/HVAC contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial and high-end residential projects across WA.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Estimator to join our tight-knit construction team.
About the Role
Prepare accurate and competitive tenders for HVAC/mechanical projects ($500k–$15M+)
Take off estimates using dedicated software
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Perform value engineering and risk analysis
Work closely with project delivery teams for a smooth handover
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years' dedicated estimating experience (mechanical/HVAC)
Proven track record pricing commercial or industrial mechanical projects
Experience pricing mechanical projects with values between $500k and $2M
Strong understanding of AS****, AIRAH best practice, NCC and Australian Standards
High proficiency in computers, Excel, Bluebeam & ACADS CAMEL+
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application
Highly regarded (but not essential)
Formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or relevant trade background
Experience with Design & Construct or ECI projects
