About the role:
Assist with personal care, mobility, daily living activities, and community participation
* Provide companionship, emotional support, and light domestic assistance
* Prompt medication reminders and monitor client wellbeing
* Accurately document services and communicate effectively
* Foster independence and contribute to skill-building
* Complete training and engage in professional development
* Must be willing to travel within the community
Candidates will have or be willing to obtain:
* Previous experience in community, aged care, or disability support
* Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and documentation skills
* Blue Card
* Yellow Card
* Police Check (within 12 months)
* First Aid & CPR certificates
* Valid driver's licence and a reliable, clean and insured vehicle

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
