The Role
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:
* Providing a high standard of customer service
* Processing guest check-ins and outs
* Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
* Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
* Supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest
* Completing the day-to-day office administration
* Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
What we look for
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
* Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
* Current drivers licence essential

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
