Technology Project Manager – Greenfield Project Systems
Sharp & Carter are proud to be partnering with Paladin Energy on a critical Technology Project Manager position, supporting the development of a major greenfield mining project.
This is a rare opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of a project systems landscape from the ground up, supporting a large-scale operation through early-stage development and into execution.
The Role
You will take full ownership of defining, selecting, and delivering key project systems, including project controls, cost management, and system integrations. Working across global teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how the operation is enabled through technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of project systems (strategy through to implementation and handover)
* Conduct gap analysis and define system requirements across business and project functions
* Establish project controls capability early in the project lifecycle
* Manage vendor selection, engagement, and delivery in a multi‐vendor environment
* Develop roadmaps, delivery plans, and budget inputs (CAPEX/OPEX)
* Engage and influence stakeholders across technical and non‐technical teams globally
About You
* Proven experience delivering project systems in mining, resources, or major capital projects
* Strong background in greenfield or low‐maturity environments
* Expertise across project controls, systems delivery, and integrations
* Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
* Confident stakeholder manager with strong influencing skills
