HammondCare are actively seeking an experienced Hospitality and Efficiency Manager to support Residential Aged Care – to be based at St Leonards, NSW on a Full-Time basis.

This role includes a flexible Work from Home and at office (St Leonards + Residential sites) arrangement.

About the role

The Hospitality and Efficiency Manager works within the Mission and Mission in Action to drive excellence, consistency and efficiency across hospitality services including cooking, cleaning, laundry and site-based administration within Residential Care.

This role is accountable for delivering best-practice hospitality services that align with HammondCare’s mission to improve the quality of life for those in need, while enriching the daily living experience of our residents. The role will also be responsible for developing and implementing scalable frameworks for administrative functions and optimising rostering, with a focus on standardising procedures to ensure seamless, resident-centred and cost-effective operations across all sites.

Essance of the role:

- Lead & Oversee food, cleaning and laundry services to ensure quality and consistency across our Residential Care sites.
- Optimise food, cleaning, and central laundry operations to drive cost-effective service delivery.
- Align and support site administration teams by standardising roles, systems, and procedures.
- Implement efficient rostering to improve staffing utilisation across all our Residential Care sites.
- Travel to HammondCare residential sites where necessary
- Embed compliance and continuous improvement to ensure a safe, person-centred resident experience.

About You

- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- Experience in aged care, hospitality operations, commercial finance or related field.
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality, business, operations or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong Solid background in cost control, procurement or supply chain optimisation.
- Experience leading multi skilled teams and/or implementing cross-site operational programs.
- Working knowledge of rostering systems and effective workforce planning.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement related policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead change and engage diverse stakeholder
Willingness to travel to HammondCare residential sites where necessary
