As a Nursing Assistant at our residential care facility, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care and services to residents with diverse needs and preferences.
The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meal times and social activities. You will work collaboratively with the care team to centre services around each resident's individual needs, interests and choices.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience in aged care highly regarded
* Understanding of person-centred care principles
* Strong verbal and written English skills
* Collaborative approach to teamwork
* Willingness to take direction and follow instructions
Compliance requirements include a Certificate III Individual Support or similar qualification, valid working rights in Australia, willingness to undergo a police check and provide evidence of vaccination.
