Job Description
The Chemical Service Technician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality chemical services to car wash operators. Focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, this position requires exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule regular site visits to ensure proper application, performance, and cost-effectiveness of chemicals.
* Maintain clean and professional storage facilities for chemicals.
* Install, maintain, repair, and adjust dispensing systems to guarantee correct usage and results.
* Identify necessary parts and request them appropriately.
* Complete service-related reporting documents, including cost-per-car forms.
This position serves as the face of the company, representing our brand through local travel with some overnight travel required for out-of-province accounts.
Requirements
* A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
* At least two years of experience working in a similar role is preferred.
* Knowledge of the car wash industry is an asset.
