Job Title: Customer Service
We are seeking an exceptional customer care consultant to join our trade store team.
1. Provide fast-paced face-to-face customer service, recommending products and services that meet customers' needs.
2. Maintain trade store presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking.
3. Inform customers of new product ranges and services where applicable.
4. Understand customers' sales history and proactively identify their requirements.
5. Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes.
6. Take ownership of continuing and cultivating all customer interactions.
7. Some warehouse duties and lifting will be required.
About You
* You have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team.
* You possess clear verbal and written communication skills.
* Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
* You have experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment is desirable.
* You are a forward-thinking and proactive individual who can think outside the box.
* Retail experience and industry knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
