Senior PA | Project Coordinator | Tender Submissions | St Leonards

**Your new company**

This Architecture firm on the lower North Shore is going through some huge changes and growing rapidly. They are nominated for various awards in the Architecture space and are looking for someone to join the team and grow with the business.

**Your new role**

This role has various duties combined so is not just your average PA role. You will be supporting the Director with PA duties as well as also being involved in the "Creative Support" part of the business.

PA/Admin Duties Include:

- PA Support to Director
- Maintain Staff Database
- Process Staff Leave Requests
- Prepare Inductions and New Starter Forms/Packs
- Book Staff Travel and Credit Card Reconciliations

Creative Support Duties Include:

- Create and Assist with New Tender Submissions/Documentation
- Provide Graphic Design Assistance with Tenders using Adobe InDesign
- Create Presentation Material (PowerPoint Presentations etc)
- Coordinate Photography of Completed Projects
- Assist with Social Media Marketing
- Assist with Maintaining Company Website

Office Management Duties Include:

- Develop and Improve Admin Systems, Policies and Procedures
- Ensure Office is Stocked, Maintained and Tidy
- Process Staff Expenses
- Manage Monthly Credit Card Reconciliations and Petty Cash etc

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you will need to be a strong communicator, have an energetic personality and be willing to get your hands dirty and jump in with whatever needs to be done.

You will need to have senior administrative skills, be organised and have prior Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant experience as well as having the ability to pick up the Office Manager duties.

Ideally you will have a background/experience in Property or Architecture or be interested i the industry to stay long term in the role.

You MUST have MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) as well as Adobe InDesign and preferably have used MYOB or a similar CRM System in previous roles.
