Requirements
* CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
* At least 10 years of experience in a hands-on CFO role or similar senior leadership position
* Proven track record of delivering commercial success and driving value creation within complex organizations
* Strong operational expertise, passion for implementing lean practices, and measurable results
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate talent
