About The Role We are seeking a National Sales & Corporate Accounts Manager - Hospital to lead our hospital commercial strategy, national field team, and key corporate healthcare relationships. This plays a ke part in driving national sales performance and profitability while also leading and developing a high‑performing hospital Key Account team. You will own the strategic relationships with major private hospital groups and national procurement partners. Accelerating growth, strengthening corporate partnerships, and increasing new product adoption across the hospital sector will be part of your day to day. Open to candidates in Melbourne or Sydney Role & Responsibilities Drive a high-performance, customer-first culture, provide coaching, build capability, and manage KPIs to achieve revenue and growth targets. Monitor and optimise revenue, profitability, market share, and launch success, identifying opportunities for portfolio expansion and new channels. Develop and implement short- and long-term plans, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver territory and regional objectives. Own relationships with major healthcare clients, drive revenue and margin growth, and identify new business and commercial opportunities. Adhere to health, safety, and wellbeing policies while maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant work environment. Skills & Experience Strong business acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and a data-driven approach to sales performance and decision-making. Deep understanding of the Australian & NZ hospital landscape, with extensive experience across hospital sales and corporate accounts (e.g. Ramsay, Icon/Slade, Baxter, HPS, CNA, Healthscope). Proven track record leading high-performing national sales teams to achieve revenue, profitability, and budget targets. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills across senior customers and internal stakeholders. Proficient in CRM/BI tools and Microsoft 365, with strong planning and execution skills; supported by relevant tertiary qualifications, a valid driver's licence, and willingness to travel interstate.
