About the Role
You'll be the frontline connection between Renox and our customers, installers, and partners. This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, and service coordination to ensure every Renox customer receives premium support.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
* Provide first-level technical support for battery systems and energy products.
* Troubleshoot issues remotely and coordinate field service when required.
* Support installers with commissioning, setup, and product questions.
* Manage warranty claims and service cases efficiently.
* Maintain CRM records and service notes accurately.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
* Identify recurring issues and help improve internal systems.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service, technical support, or service coordination.
* Strong communication skills with a calm, professional approach.
* Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply.
* Electrical / solar / battery industry experience highly regarded.
* Strong computer and CRM skills.
* Problem solver who takes ownership.
* Organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
