We're looking for a motivated and professional Sales, Design & Consultancy team member to join our crew and help continue delivering exceptional results for our customers.
About the Role
In this role, you will work directly with clients from initial enquiry through to final design. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing expert advice, preparing accurate designs/quotes, and supporting the production team to ensure projects run smoothly.
This is a hands-on, client-focused role suited to someone who has strong industry knowledge and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide design recommendations
* Prepare drawings, concepts, quotes and solutions tailored to customer needs
* Collaborate closely with the production and installation teams
* Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
* Assist with project coordination and communication throughout each job
* Represent the company with professionalism and excellent service
What We're Looking For
* Industry experience is essential — cabinetry, joinery or related trade background
* Cabinet Vision experience is a strong bonus (or willingness to learn)
* Strong understanding of materials, hardware, manufacturing processes and design standards
* Good communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients
* Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* A proactive, organised and reliable work ethic
