To be successful, you will have the following:
* Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent tertiary qualification)
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator (or Junior CA ready to step up) within a reputable construction company
* Experience in contract administration, including procurement, subcontractor management, and variations
* Sound commercial acumen with the ability to assist in managing project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting
* Working knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. AS contracts)
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Position
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial delivery of multi-residential projects, reporting directly to the Project Manager. You will work closely with the Senior Contracts Administrator, Site Manager, and wider project team to assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and cost control to ensure successful project outcomes.
