Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Focus
Location: Sydney – Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 plus Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing all costs related to the building aspects of multiple projects.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Preparing cost plans, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency.
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
* Working independently while collaborating with a skilled team.
What You'll Need
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level.
* Strong cost planning, financial management, and presentation skills.
* Excellent communication – you know how to build solid working relationships.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A passion for the construction industry and an eye for detail.
