Our client is an entrepreneurial exponentially growing multi-award winning commercial law firm with 10+ years' of success.
In this KEY pivotal role reporting to a hands-on supportive Commercial Law Partner, you will relish the challenge+rewards+variety of your role taking ownership of your files/managing your own clients (and assisting the partner with more complex matters).
Key areas of practice include:
* sale/purchase of business & assets, commercial contracts, franchising, corporate structuring, Corporations Law advice, JVs, commercial/retail leases, complex property transactions, competition/consumer law, intellectual property, employment law, finance/mortgages/licensing.
IF you wish and you have also have experience in property law, there is flexibility to also engage in property law work [eg conveyancing (residential off-the-plan and commercial property), leases, subdivisions, land tax, strata, options, easements, covenants) and have a MIXED commercial+property law role.

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Have minimum 3 years post-admission experience in commercial law (transactions/advisory) or both commercial and property law;
* Have strong legal research/drafting/negotiation skills with high attention to detail;
