The Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (Workforce) to join our Nursing Resource team. This pivotal role provides operational and workforce coordination, supporting effective staffing, resource management, and the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your opportunity :
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) works collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) of the Nursing Resource Services. In supporting the NUM, the ANUM provides leadership and direction to nursing staff and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of safe, quality, and cost-effective surgical care consistent with contemporary standards and best practice of Workforce Nursing. The role will assist in workforce development and management, foster clinical governance within the service and promote a positive culture.
The Nursing Resource Service is a 7-day service, and employees will be required to work a 7-day roster.
