Job Title
A Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes at our health service as it relates to activity-based funding and clinical costing. This will involve engaging the organisation and providing insights and advice around performance, trends, and opportunities.

About the Role
This permanent full-time position will be responsible for generating monthly reports and analysis, providing insight and education around funding and costing, and the submission of the annual clinical costing data to the Victorian Department of Health.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret activity, financial, and other business data
* Work with large complex data sets
* Develop data or financial models
* Liaise with all levels of the organisation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Able to demonstrate strong IT skills, in particular Excel and SQL
* Some understanding of accounting practices
* A highly developed communication and interpersonal skill set
