Personalise marketing, including social media features. **Job Description****Bring your creativity and fun personality to life by joining a fast paced and exciting environment!****Core Responsibilities*** Lean into retail ecosystem in order to capitalise on the full-funnel opportunity they offer. Leveraging to drive awareness, consideration, purchase and loyalty.* Create, socialise, and implement full-year strategic marketing/promotional plans for a set of specific Pureplay and Omni eCommerce sites across ANZ retailers* Responsible for crafting and driving detailed campaign/activity plans in collaboration with Key Account Manager (KAM) and retail customer. This includes Majoy Big Bet campaigns, retailer events and occasions.* Build strong retail team relationship, diving into their ecosystem to unlock opportunities for the brand.* Support and contribute to the Online eCommerce Strategy development.* Lead the charge on integrated ways of working, collaborating and jointly planning with Trade teams, and contributing to Marketing team meetings to drive much more effective execution for the brand.* Lead the on-platform and off-network advertising execution for key partner sites while upholding LEGO brand values and tailoring approach to specific markets and Partners* Support sales in key customer planning and negotiation activities, development and execution of traffic driving plans* Perform market analysis including understanding changes of LEGO product market share, understanding key category trends and market dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities within specific eCommerce channels* Analyse key competitor actions & strategies and emerging trends in eCommerce Marketing* Conduct promotional activity analysis – understanding lift and return on investment from retail media activity; develop insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies for partner sites**Amazon Australia – Retail Media & eCommerce Responsibilities*** Manage end‐to‐end Amazon campaign workflow including budget ownership, campaign calendar management, prioritisation, briefing, channel planning, optimisation and approval stages.* Lead Amazon Search (SP/SB/SBV) and DSP strategy, ensuring a full‐funnel approach that drives incremental traffic, new‐to‐brand customers and profitable growth.* Partner with Amazon Retail to align media investment with retail fundamentals (availability, buy box, pricing, content readiness, promotional windows).* Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing business reviews with Amazon Ads and Amazon Retail teams, shaping joint priorities and identifying growth opportunities.* Run Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) analysis to understand path‐to‐purchase, halo effects, incrementality and audience behaviour.* Monitor competitive activity, category trends and share-of-search to proactively inform planning.**Play your part in our team succeeding**Ecommerce is a strategic priority for The LEGO Group, in particular how the digital environment is a key influencing pillar along the consumer journey. This role is tasked to lean into key retailer ecosystems in order to capitalise on the full-funnel opportunity they offer in driving the LEGO brand.The successful applicant is encouraged to bring retail media & digital/ecommerce expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the online channel, but to help build stronger digital capabilities across BU ANZ to innovate for the future.The Retail Marketing eCommerce Manager will represent The LEGO Group in their day to day interactions with our business partners, bringing to life and delivering on our Partner Promise, and in true LEGO fashion, have fun doing it and ultimately bring the LEGO play experience to many more children in Australia.* 5+ years' experience in marketing, analytics, eCommerce or related field.* Direct experience with retail media for B2B eCommerce accounts (e.g. Amazon Advertising or Cartology) or external media agencies.* Hands‐on experience with Amazon Search, DSP, AMC, and working with Amazon Ads/retail teams strongly preferred.* Experience leading Amazon campaign workflows, including budget ownership, channel planning and brief-to-execution handoffs.* Detailed knowledge of digital marketing tools and best methodologies in the B2B landscape.* Experience with consumer-packaged goods strongly preferred.* Deep solid understanding of large international eCommerce sites, including understanding of market dynamics and key interdependencies.* Ability to partner with cross functional collaborators including but not limited to sales, brand marketing & analytics, in order to solve sophisticated problems and deliver financial results.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; be able to present data in an organised manner.* Previous role focused on shopper-orientation and, customer-focus.* Cross-functional collaboration experience with marketing functions, especially digital marketing (preferably performance marketing).* Strong openness and proactive approach to engage, spar and influence on key responsibilities.* Independent, energetic and willing to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial atmosphere.* Adaptable to changes and be at the forefront to lead change in both actions and behaviour.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.* Understand what it means to achieve success with others and through others.* Global partner management experience.* A learning attitude, embracing and thriving with change.#LI-JL3Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
