Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of project lifecycles.
* Program development and forecasting.
* Prepare budgets, costing and financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with BCA standards.
* Conduct site inspections, establish and test equipment.
* Provide daily and monthly progress reports.
* Maintain OH&S, client care and stakeholder management.
* Coordinate subcontractor site inductions and manage on‑site issues.
* Deliver projects on time, within contract and budget constraints.
