What you'll be doing
Our Cleansing Team Leaders oversee our outdoor cleaning operation across the City of Sydney, keeping the beautiful parks and open spaces clean and pristine for everyone to enjoy.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles. You should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery.
* Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners
* Lead and coordinating the cleansing of parks, jutes include BBQs if required, graffiti, benches, seats, signs, bubblers, rubbish removal and leaf litter
* Monitor and check work meets company standards and client expectations
* Ensure a safe working environment
What you'll bring
* Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred
* Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
* Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities
* Manual driver's license
* Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard-working
