We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Retail and Gym Associate. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and be able to maintain high standards of retail service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members and assisting with retail/gym inquiries and purchases.
* Maintain club and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Manage email and phone inquiries related to retail products, suspensions, cancellations, and member requests.
* Ensure high standards of retail service for an exceptional shopping experience.
* Provide product knowledge and recommendations to assist members in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Maintain visually appealing, well-stocked, and properly maintained retail displays to drive sales.
* Collaborate with the Gym Manager and retail team to execute promotions and marketing initiatives effectively.
* Uphold the brand image by adhering to uniform standards and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the retail and gym areas.
