Description: The Communications Department operates 24/7, providing a professional telephony contact centre service to external and internal clients. The department uses computer systems to provide accurate information in reports and statistical data.
* Provide accurate information in reports and statistical data using computer systems.
* Offer a professional and efficient service at the central reception area, including switchboard, online directory and general reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize Unified Attendant Switchboard Console, online directory, reception and rostering to ensure high customer service levels.
* Respond to patient, public and staff enquiries, maintaining departmental room keys and other equipment requirements.
Working Hours: This is a 24-hour shift work role that offers a range of benefits.
