The Cloud Platform Manager is responsible for overseeing support and maintenance of AWS cloud platforms for our client and their customers. This includes building and deploying software within the environment and ensuring the security of the environment. The Cloud Platform Manager will work closely with the Support Manager, SAILIS Support Coordinator, Release Coordinator, Project Managers, and customers to ensure recent functionality and defect fixes are scheduled and released to targeted environments within scheduled timeframes. The Cloud Platform Manager is also responsible for managing incidents within the cloud platform.
