About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Support professional to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is sharp, motivated and eager to learn. You'll be working closely with our Senior Accountant and CFO, gaining exposure across multiple entities and a broad range of finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
* End-to-end AP processing for multiple entities (weekly)
* Supplier reconciliation, compliance checks and reporting
Accounts Receivable
* Full AR function including invoicing, debtor follow-up and allocations
Payroll
* Weekly payroll processing
* Accurate maintenance of employee records
Month-End & Reporting
* Assistance with monthly bank reconciliations
* Daily and end-of-day reporting across multiple entities
* Month-end support as required
General Finance Support
* Day-to-day finance administration
* Support with Workers Compensation lodgements
* HR administrative support where needed
About You
We're looking for someone who brings curiosity, energy and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. A great fit for this role will have:
* 2+ years' experience in an accounting or finance support role
* Accounting knowledge or qualifications (completed or currently studying)
* Experience with MYOB, Xero or similar systems
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* A can-do attitude, strong work ethic and openness to learning
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Excellent communication and time-management skills
