Workday HCM Expert
This role is responsible for providing expert guidance and delivery for functional area engagements. The successful candidate will serve as the billable functional leader on Workday implementations, overseeing the design and configuration of the delivered solution.
* Provide leadership on multiple, concurrent Workday implementations across all functional areas.
* Oversee workshops and client confirmation sessions to ensure efficient and accurate design and configuration of the solution.
* Act as a sounding board and provide advice for engagement managers and leads.
* Mentor junior project resources to enable them to learn new skills and functional areas.
* Ensure cohesive structures and communications are in place for cross-functional delivery between teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attend regular Workday knowledge-sharing calls for product areas.
* Partner with engagement managers and portfolio directors to drive team and individual performance to achieve high client satisfaction levels.
* Conduct internal quality assurance processes.
* Support sales efforts by assisting solution architects with estimating projects and participating in sales meetings.
* Assist with or review estimates for change orders in functional areas.
