An exciting opportunity exists for a suitability qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Nursing teaching team. You will assist Diploma of Nursing delivery based across our Warragul, Morwell and Leongatha Campuses. In the role of Casual Teacher Nursing, you will play a critical role in developing up to date industry course materials, delivering high quality training and assessment, and handling educational administration tasks. Your responsibilities will also include offering support and guidance to students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for a successful career in the Nursing profession. 
**At TAFE Gippsland the role of the Teacher is to** 
- Share knowledge and experience in your specialist area; 
- Manage the learning process to enable students to achieve their best; 
- Develop and deliver relevant and industry current course material; 
- Ensure that their own professional teaching and vocational competence and currency is kept up to date along with licensing requirements.

**Mandatory requirements** 
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (mandatory) 
- Bachelor of Nursing or a post graduate degree in nursing 
- Current experience in the nursing and aged care industry 
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance 
- Current Police check (within 1 year). 
- Driver’s License
