Agricultural Development Underwriter Role
We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Development Underwriter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for underwriting new and renewal business across various products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Underwriting Strategy: Contribute to and implement underwriting strategy across all products, aligning with established risk appetite.
* New and Renewal Business: Underwrite profitable new and renewal business, both remotely and whilst attending brokers' offices.
* Financial Performance: Directly impact financial KPIs by balancing revenue growth with underwriting profitability.
* Distribution Trends: Analyze distribution trends and broker behaviours to inform future strategies.
* Broker Relationships: Build meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with in-house and 3rd party brokers.
* Quality Assurance: Manage quality assurance and peer reviews to identify opportunities for underwriting and product improvements.
This is a home-based role that requires flexibility and self-motivation. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from our broking business as well as third-party brokers.

* Strong Underwriting Skills: Proven ability to underwrite complex risks and manage multiple accounts.
