The Inspirations Paint Oxenford (company) Store is looking for an enthusiastic Trade/Retail Specialist – a part-time position.
The successful applicant would have a background in retail sales, paint knowledge or relevant personal experience in home improvement projects and be genuinely interested in people and their projects, and in providing an exceptional customer experience to both our retail and trade customers.
The current position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to develop their career. Store hours are 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday.

Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
Tinting & mixing paint
Following the "Inspirations Way"
Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping

Requirements & Attributes
Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus
Well presented both in appearance and communication
Able to contribute and work in a team environment
Proven sales experience and a strong knowledge of paint and associated products
Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaints
Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
Honest, reliable and punctual
This role involves heavy lifting up to 25 kgs
