8 Collective Accountants and Advisors are looking for a Client Service Officer to work from our Launceston Office We are wanting someone with great communication skills, willing to learn new things and take on new challenges as well as contribute to our team player environment.
The key responsibility of this role will focus on providing a high level of client service.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO
* Working with accountants closely to identify needs of clients and match with appropriate solutions
* Handling client admin enquiries
* Accurate record-keeping
* Client Onboarding Management
* Liaising with the ATO, Tax Agent portal and reporting
* ASIC company secretarial support
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL BE
* Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent client service
* Resourceful and creative with an ability to manage and simplify complex processes
* Personable, relational and comfortable dealing with all team members
* Able to prioritise tasks independently
