Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the **Financial Manager** role leads a small team across Australia/New Zealand, providing strategic input to the success of the business and with an additional direct reporting line to the overseas parent company.
**What will you do?**
- Manage the finance team and external contractors
- Hold ultimate responsibility for accurate accounts
- Provide strategic and operational review and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Report to the parent company
- Manage invoicing and payments
- Balance monthly accounts
- Forecast and budet
- Manage cash flow
- Play a key role in a market leading internaional company
**What do you bring the role?**
- Previous experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within a multi million dollar company
- Minimum qualifications: Degree in Accounting/Finance and current CPA
- Experience and understanding of Australian and IFRS standards
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver outcomes
- Familiarity with MYOB accountright PLUS, Simpro and Infusion an asset, but not essential
- Comfortable with MS Office Applications, Sharepoint
- Advanced Excel skills preferrable
