Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and monitoring of stock levels, to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
* Liaise with suppliers to coordinate ordering cycles and procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with store sales patterns and supply requirements.
* Manage product sales and provide product mix recommendations to customers, analyse sales data and market trends, and adjust promotional activities based on franchisor guidelines and store-specific conditions to drive revenue growth.
* Monitor and manage operating budgets, cost control and track overall profitability to enhance cost efficiency and business profitability.
* Regularly update the Store Director and franchisor on store operations, highlight key issues, and implement recommended actions to improve performance and support continuous improvement.
* Responsible for the staff management, including rostering, supervision, recruitment and development to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and food handling regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures, to maintain a compliant and safe retail environment.
Qualifications
* AQF Diploma,
* Previous experience in a retail management role.
* Understanding of inventory control and cost management.
* Experience working in a franchised environment is a plus
