The Opportunity The Data and Reporting Business Analyst plays a critical role in Schneider’s ERP deployment program by interrogating the current (as-is) data and processes end-to-end. Key to this role is the creation of documentation, and mapping to global to-be standards. Reporting to the Regional Deployment Lead, the Data and Reporting Business Analyst position ensures accurate data modeling, reporting design, and readiness for ERP migration, enabling clean data, consistent processes, and reliable analytics across the business. This exciting new career opportunity will see you: Analyse current data flows, ownership, and reporting processes; document as-is process maps, data flows, and quality controls. Define target data models, KPIs, and reporting architecture aligned with ERP standards, collaborate on global scorecards and Best of Breed tools. Establish data quality rules and readiness assessments, support migration scorecards. Document and analyse current reporting process and consumption; Identify alignment actions and automation opportunity. Drive alignment on data definitions and reporting needs; support training and provide toolkits for data governance. Maintain structured repositories for data models and reporting standards; ensure compliance with documentation and version control practices. The role can be located in either Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and offers a hybrid working model with flexibility. Our ideal candidate will possess: 5 yrs experience in data analysis, ERP deployment, or business process transformation. Advanced background in data modelling and analytics. Proven experience working in complex, multi‑system environments. Tertiary qualification in Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Excellence in stakeholder management, communication, documentation and process mapping is essential. Industry experience in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), BI tools (Power BI, SQL), data governance and migration concepts will be highly regarded. Why Schneider Electric?
