This is a great next step for driven business development / sales professionals seeking stability and autonomy. What you'll do: Drive short-term leasing and related third line revenue through the proactive sourcing, negotiation management and facilitation of pop-up vacant shops, mall leasing and temporary retail activations, media, vending and projects for shopping centres Negotiate terms for pop-up activations, casual leasing and vacant shop tenants Manage mall media placements and promotional opportunities Collaborate with leasing, marketing, property management and operations teams to deliver a seamless tenant and shopper experience Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat activations and partnerships Support retail experience initiatives to enhance the centre's overall atmosphere You'll succeed if you have: Business development / sales background, retail or casual mall leasing experience advantageous. Relevant real estate licence for your state, or be open to obtaining one. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Knowledge of tenancy documentation and mall operations.
