You’ll be responsible for store results and ensuring a consistently excellent customer experience. Oversee daily store operations with accuracy and structure Foster a results-driven culture grounded in service, trust, and accountability Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximise potential Implement visual merchandising aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand standards Manage stock, replenishment, and overall store presentation Create rosters that align with trading requirements and team capability Track KPIs and support your team to achieve performance targets Maintain compliance and accuracy in reporting and administrative tasks Build a positive, inclusive, and professional store environment Represent the store as a committed and proud brand ambassador The Ideal Candidate: You are professional and approachable, with prior leadership experience in retail or fashion. You understand that success is achieved not only through results but also by cultivating a culture of trust, collaboration, and team development.
