It is only when expertise, highly professional processes and enjoyment of work unite that we can shape the future together.Our Customer, Marketing and Digital Transformation team are looking for a Loyalty and Retention Consultant.What awaits you?You will be responsible for the planning, implementing and reviewing of future state customer experiences that incorporates loyalty and retention.You will be responsible for developing, monitoring and ensuring adherence to the benchmark retention processes within the BMW network and internally promote all retention activities.You will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and developing the Dealer Loyalty and Retention program within the BMW network.You will be responsible for providing the training, development and support to Area Managers within the business to allow a thorough understanding of systems in the network.You will be responsible for developing relationships and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to guide performance for the current customer portfolio.You will drive improved understanding of retention and car sales conversion metrics through reporting and data analysis.Qualifications & ExperienceVCE qualification or equivalent required and tertiary qualification in related field advantageous.
