Purpose of Role: This is a newly created position to provide support to our sales team in management of Salesforce data and reporting. You will be responsible for compilation, analysis and reporting on key market trends in the resource sector and project pipeline information in support of developing key Sales Strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Management of data in Salesforce in collaboration with the business development and sales teams to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date in the company's primary CRM database.
- Collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders to develop sales processes in support of maintaining an accurate Salesforce / CRM database.
- Development and preparation of relevant Salesforce reports and dashboards in line with the company's sales strategies and reporting requirements.
- Analysis and reporting on key trends in Salesforce in support of key sales strategies.
- Analysis and reporting on key market trends and project developments in the minerals market.
- Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly internal sales reports.
- Development and implementation of key strategies to increase Salesforce adoption and usage.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, business administration a similar field is desirable - we encourage graduates to appl
- Proven work experience in a similar role, in particular in performing management, population and administration of a CRM database.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP would be highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills, including extensive experience with Microsoft Excel functions
- Strong analytical mindset is essential
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
