Immigration Law Specialist
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior immigration law specialist in a leading firm with a strong focus on corporate migration. You will have the chance to manage your own files and clients, focusing on various visa classes including 482, 191, 400, 186, 408 & 494.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide full-spectrum advice on visa options, eligibility, application merits, drafting submissions/labour agreements/letters of advice
* Prepare and lodge visa applications and liaise with immigration authorities/skills assessment bodies
* Respond to refusals and provide technical immigration legal advice to corporate clients
* Manage a high volume of cases in a busy fast-paced deadline driven environment
Requirements
* A minimum of 6+ years (or more) experience in immigration law specifically with experience with employer sponsored visas
* Proven ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a dynamic environment
* Results driven and passionate about making a positive impact on real people's lives
