We are working with a WA based organisation to source an Accounts Officer on a temporary basis for an estimated tenure of 8 months (could extend) This role has arisen due to an internal movement to assist with an implementations project, and this Accounts Officer is a backfill. You'll be working in a friendly and hardworking team, with an organisation that champions individuality and growth. The Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include: Assist in processing invoices and payments for accounts payable and receivable. Support the preparation and maintenance of basic financial records. Help reconcile bank statements and transaction reports. Enter financial data into accounting systems accurately. Perform administrative tasks such as filing and document management. Respond to routine queries about accounts from internal teams or external vendors. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Eagerness to learn and develop in a supportive environment Please apply for more information!
