Disability Support Worker
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. The preferred candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional support to individuals with disabilities.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care and Disability) or above experience
- Preferred NDIS screening
- NDIS orientation module
- Current First Aid certification
- Fully insured vehicle
Responsibilities
- Assistance with community access and transportation support
- Providing compassionate and tailored support to clients with disabilities
- Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility
- Implementing care plans and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
