Primary Health Care Professional


We are seeking a skilled Primary Health Care Professional to join our team.



About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to provide clinical services and client-centered care in a culturally responsive manner.


* Delivering high-quality clinical services, working with a multi-disciplinary team of health staff, providing expert medical advice and supporting other medical officers.
* Facilitating professional development and assisting with educational needs of health staff.



Key Responsibilities



1. Providing primary health care services, preferably within an Aboriginal community.

2. Working effectively with clients and colleagues, maintaining strong relationships and promoting a positive work environment.

3. Maintaining accurate records, adhering to policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Participating in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.




Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will require:


* A recognized medical qualification and current or eligible registration with AHPRA as a Medical Officer in General Practice.
* Demonstrated experience delivering primary health care services, preferably within an Aboriginal community.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic organization.
