The Role
A growing national group, privately owned, seeks a hands‑on Commercial Finance Controller to partner closely with the GM and operational leaders. This visible, commercially focused role blends financial control with performance insight and decision support. You'll own the numbers, challenge the business, and help drive margin, cost control and smarter decisions across operations, supply chain and sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Own monthly management reporting, analysis and insights
* Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
* Partner with operations and sales to understand key performance initiatives
* Drive cost control, margin improvement and performance initiatives
* Improve systems, data integrity and reporting efficiency
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with strong commercial or management accounting experience
* Background in customer‑service‑led environments held in high regard
* Confident business partner with strong stakeholder skills
* Hands‑on, commercially minded, and comfortable in the detail
* Strong Excel and ERP systems experience
