The Opportunity: As the Service Support Officer, you'll be the crucial link that ensures that the field operations run seamlessly and that merchandisers are empowered to deliver exceptional results for their clients. This pivotal role offers the chance to directly impact efficiency, quality, and ultimately, client satisfaction. Your Key Responsibilities: Championing Merchandiser Success: Onboard new merchandisers with clear guidance, emphasizing their vital role in achieving client goals. Build strong relationships through proactive communication, regular updates, and monthly check-ins. Keep our field team motivated and informed with helpful tips and timely reminders. Ensuring Uncompromising Quality: Meticulously monitor and compare board photos, proactively identifying and flagging any discrepancies before they impact clients. Provide clear and concise reports to management on board quality, merchandiser engagement, and team updates (onboarding/departures). Driving Efficient Logistics: Prepare and dispatch advertising materials (ads, holders, customer cards) accurately and efficiently. Maintain a well-organized stockroom, ensuring clear labelling and efficient storage in our Bentleigh East facility. Systematically wrap and organize holders and customer cards for easy distribution. Process and promptly fulfill orders to merchandisers and stores nationwide. Streamlining Processes & Administration: Accurately manage ad installation schedules and prepare all necessary documentation. Maintain their CRM (HubSpot) with up-to-date information (HubSpot experience is a significant plus!). Proactively support overall business operations by anticipating daily needs and flexibly adapting to new tasks and priorities.
