We are currently offering 150 positions of ongoing full-time Entry Level Processing roles with various opportunities at our Stawell site. Each position comes with the opportunity to pursue a stable, progressive, and rewarding career path within a safe and supportive environment. Successful candidates may be involved in various operational areas, entry level tasks including but not limited to:
* Production line work
* Trimming, cutting
* Chiller pushing
* General labouring on the slaughter floor
* Equipment and machinery operation
* Meatpacking and chiller room operations
* Cleaning and sterilising work areas and equipment
* Loading and scanning
* Carton room labouring and operations
* Stock receiving and movement
* Distribution and warehousing
Training will be provided for all positions, which range from physical labour roles to more technical operations. As these are entry-level roles, no prior experience or specific skills are required. All employees will have opportunities to be further trained into skilled positions such as boning, slicing, slaughtering, or leadership roles such as quality assurance. Key Details and Rewards:
* 150 Permanent full-time positions (38 hours per week)

* Above Award hourly rate: $25.09 (Entry Level) - $32.79 (Skilled) as per Frew Foods International Pty Ltd Stawell Production Employees Enterprise Agreement 2021
